Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be provided under the following circumstances:
Incorrect product delivered.
Damaged or spoiled product received.
Missing items from the order.
Order cancelled by Annapurna Mutton due to unavailability of stock or operational issues.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
Change of mind after delivery.
Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
Failure to receive the order due to customer unavailability.
Complaints reported more than 24 hours after delivery.
Refund Request Process
Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Clear photographs of the product and packaging may be required for verification.
Refund requests will be reviewed by our support team before approval.
