At Annapurna Mutton, we are committed to delivering fresh, hygienically processed, and high-quality meat. Due to the perishable nature of our products, our return and refund policy is as follows:
1. No Return Policy
Fresh meat products cannot be returned once they have been delivered and accepted by the customer due to food safety and hygiene regulations.
2. Refund & Replacement
A refund or replacement may be provided only if:
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product is spoiled or damaged at the time of delivery.
- The quantity delivered is significantly different from what was ordered.
Any such issue must be reported within 2 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos of the product.
3. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled before processing begins for a full refund.
- Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
4. Delivery Issues
If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or failure to answer delivery calls, the order will be treated as completed and may not be eligible for a refund.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5β7 business days.
